Skyline Gondola, Restaurant & Luge is open 365 days of the year from 9.00am to late. Detailed information for each product is below.
Reservations are essential for any gondola & lunch, gondola & dinner and gondola, dinner & Kiwi Haka bookings; and for all group bookings regardless of product.
All lunch, dinner & Kiwi Haka reservations must be reconfirmed at least 1 week prior to arrival to guarantee booking, otherwise a no-show will incur a cancellation fee.
Important: when making a booking please choose from the appropriate restaurant sitting times and Kiwi Haka show times below.

Skyline Gondola- Scenic gondola ride for quick and easy access to Queenstown’s most spectacular views! Gondola rises 450 vertical metres above Queenstown on an average incline of 37.10 to the Skyline complex on Bob’s Peak.

Skyline Restaurant
- Scenic gondola ride and Taste of New Zealand buffet of legendary proportions in the Skyline Restaurant. Allow at least 15 minutes to travel up gondola prior to time booked for dinner or lunch.

- Dinner open 5.45pm till late (364 days) with available sitting times:
- 5.45pm, 6.00pm, 6.15pm or 6.30pm (with tables to be vacated by 7.45pm), OR
- 8.15pm, 8.30pm or 8.45pm (no time limit)
- Lunch open daily 12.00 – 2.00pm (except closed from 17 May to 27 June 2010 inclusive).
- Restaurant capacity - 330 seats over 3 levels, offering spectacular views from every table.

Kiwi Haka
- Scenic gondola ride and powerful live performance of authentic Maori songs & dances set in an intimate theatre at the top of the gondola. Customers to meet 5 minutes prior to show outside theatre entrance.

- Kiwi Haka only rate can be used to package with Gondola & Luge to create more options.
Skyline Restaurant & Kiwi Haka
- A truly unique New Zealand experience with a scenic gondola ride, Taste of New Zealand Buffet in the Skyline Restaurant and powerful Kiwi Haka performance. Allow at least 15 minutes for travel up the gondola prior to dinner or kiwi haka time (whichever is the earliest).

Skyline Luge
- Fun filled gravity ride for all ages and abilities on 2 luge tracks situated behind the Skyline complex and accessed by chairlift or walking track.

- Celebrate Christmas or New Year in Queenstown’s most spectacular location with a festive buffet and more! Allow at least 15 minutes for travel up the gondola prior to dinner or lunch time (whichever is the earliest).

- Christmas Day (lunch & dinner) – includes gondola ride, glass of bubbles or fruit cocktail on arrival, traditional Christmas Buffet, Christmas Novelties, Live Entertainment, 2 free Luge rides and an appearance from Santa!
- Dinner bookings available between 6.00pm & 7.30pm until late.
- Lunch bookings available between 12.00 and 2.00pm
- New Years Eve dinner - includes gondola ride, glass of bubbles or fruit cocktail on arrival, Festive Theme Buffet and Live Entertainment.
- Bookings available between 8.15pm & 9.00pm to late for main sitting.
- Earlybird special available for dining at 6.00pm with tables to be vacated by 7.45pm.
- For both Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve the Director’s Room is available for private booking (up to 30 pax) for additional $350 – and includes Amuse Bouche to start and Dessert Platters
- All group bookings are required to confirm final numbers 1 month prior, with any increase in numbers after this point subject to availability.
- Cancellation policy - for any bookings made up to 20 December will incur a 10% cancellation fee. From 21 Dec onwards – 100% cancellation fee.
